GreenClean Fabric Care Services was established in 2003.

The intention was to design a dry cleaning facility different than traditional Mom and Pop shop facilities to meet the needs of insurance companies for textile and garment restoration. Our focus was on designing industry specific processing methods to be able to handle and communicate with all parties, all inventories, damaged lists, billing including 24 hour emergency service and content retrieval directly from the loss location.

We have worked with many insurance companies in the GTA since our inception as we wanted to make it easier for insurance companies to deal directly with a textile restoration specialist without the need of a middle man.

Our business model has always been to work WITH an Insurer and not just FOR an Insurer. Keeping both parties, Insured’s and Insurer’s interests on mind allowed us to improve satisfaction and reduce overall cost. Building relationships on trust through transparency.
